ok... so ever since OC went off the air and One Tree Hill has been stranger then ever before now that there "adults" and its lost that MUST SEE feel for me... I been waiting for GOOD television.
Been waiting for a new show I can get behind.
Gossip Girl is pleasurable and i enjoy the actors and characters, but something is missing.
the review WILL contain spoilers..
so, 90210 has returned and No one has been more stoked then myself to see this reincarnation. so, I started to watch around 8:45 to avoid commercials. 2 Hours of 90210 fun.
starts with Cold play and the introduction of the New Walsh family - now called Wilson family.
rob estes and Aunt becky have teen kids - well 1 teen kid.. and an adoptive black teen same age of daughter (( smell future love story here ))
bac said it best - "lets just throw in a black kid " -- they were going for the RYAN ATWOOD kid from the wrong side from tracks adopted storyline - however - the kid is not very tough... he pushes.. yes - but no PUNCH! and to get even - he text messages a secret about another dude to his girl??
soo lame. what about a LITTLE FIGHT? Welcome to the BEV HILL Bitch - you know what i like about rich kids? NOTHING! BAM!
but whatever.. there going for wholesomenesses... fine.
then they get to schooool and they play One of my favorite new songs - MGMT - Time To Pretend -and im like YES!! great music.. lets do this.
then... we meeet the coool kid ala "steve sanders" - and its a fun litttle scene. like "
"OH HAHA Look what happened!"
then we get to the introduction of KELLLY!!!! Yes!! snd her sister - whose also davids sister.. nice litttle homage and if my calculations are corrrrect - SHES EXACT Same age on show as she should be! No aging characters for tv efffect. I like.
They also threw in 1 Littttle scene of HANNAH ZUCKERMAN VASQUEZ as news reporters whose Andreas daughter..
but one scene is all we get..
Is Andrea still living in bh? or did they dump her off to live alone at age of 14?
wouldnt Keellllyyyy have a scene w/ Andreas daughter? since kelly and Andrea grew up together?
wouldnt andreas daughter and kelly/david sister - Be somewhat friends?
or are we saving hannah for later seasons when shes goes from 14 to 16?

so then.. we have english teacher whose flirting with teen girl, whose hitting on kellly...
the main dad, mr wilson, has a son he never knew about whose about 20 - and happpens to be a half brother of main girl and the main bad girl - bad bloood to ensue...
the cool cocky kid Ethan is enjoyable... and then theres this bizarreee girl whose stealing money, doing drugs, and going on acting auditions..
are we supposed to feel something for her?? besides "why are u on my screen?"
then the moment we have been waiting for - BRENDA WALSH returing to 90210!!!!
Brenda hasnt been back since she left - whereas dylan has gone and returned.
so this is huge right? but how do we see her make her return? a Quick stop in the Pit to have dinner with kellly! like soo fast of a scene.. sooo anticipation or reward.
oh - and kellly has a kid.. whose 4and a half..
is it dylans? is it brandons?
up for interpretation..
could be any of the above - basically which ever actor decides he needs money - he will be the father of this kid.
now we get english teacher taking kellly out for a date but he meeets brenda and they are attracted to one another..

The show reminds me of a DISNEY CHANNEELLL or NOGGGIN teen soap.
Comedy, wacky situations, and slight slight drama.
they said it was def not a gossip girl rip off, and although I apreciat that sentiment - It def shouldnt be a rip off of degrassiii or Saved by the bell new classs/TNBC show either..

All in alll - without a doubt Ill keeep watching, cuz i got nothing else to watch and I have a HDDVR and i like guilty pleasuress.....
show needs to get bettter - and they should take ideas from the OC - cuz the josh swhwarzt OC from season 1 was memorable.

yeah, i have no clue who still reeads this, but whatever.....
Thanksgiving was fun. went to alans apt in astoria. had some major fun...
played streeet fighter 2 on the wii and watched TV.
yesterday drove to manhattan with vola and jess... been awhile since ive hung with both of them at same time... so it was a fun little road trip. went to the village and walked around.
this morning, saw disneys enchanted.
i liked it. a lot.
going to seattle dec 10th.. for 2 days for business..
very excited.
annnd theres nothing else left to say... reallly... IM me or find me on myspace.. and we'll chat.

Last day of the season and the NL is having its most awesome season finale i could ever remember today... 2 Spots left up for grabs.. 4 Teams in the mix.. 2 will be eliminated. today OFFICIALLLYYY Starts the POST SEASON! Im very excited. My predictions? Well, I think Phillies and Mets will both win today and we will see a Playoff game tomorrow in Philly. Padres will take the wild card. who wins NL East and who goes home? Well, for my met fans, I seriously hope they pull it out.. but if they fail to do so, Phillies deserved the division. remind me of the Yankees... FIGHTING Hard when being down.. only difference is.. yanks didn't win a division.. which im HAPPY FOR. so, I'll take Mets, but it dont matter because I think the CHICAGO CUBS are getting out of this division NL Champions.. Now heading to the AMERICAN LEAGUE.. Yankees play Indians, which is what i hoped for. Im willing to be wild card just so we avoid the angels in a five game series. i know we will lose to them. being a division winner every year gets old when it doesn't garantee a world championship. Thats what we play for.. any team satisfied with just winning thier division should be slapped. You should be playing to win it all.. not just your division.. and it seemed to me the yankees were taking thier cue from the Braves, and just playing to win division and then they have become satisfied. lose the fire. So, WILD CARD Yanks have me feeeling very good. downside to this, is yankees are 6-0 against cleveland, but 2 things worry me.. 1. we didn't play Sabathia, and most likley we will be playing him twice.
2. last time we were the wild card yanks... we lost to cleveland in five. This is our third trip to post season as wild card, and both times we lost in first round in a game 5.. we need to turn it around. I think Yankees will defeat Indians in 4. I think Red sox will also defeat the angels in 5. Yankees Vs. Red Sox - what history. last two alcs against them were decided in dramatic fashion in game 7. now in 07... Im predicting another GAME 7 Finish... this time with Pettitte winning against Beckett. and a Damon Hr to seal the deal and break a tie in the 7th inning. Yankees Vs. Cubs in world series. One team of bad luck history vs. another team if rich history. wringly field. Yankee stadium. Pinella. Torre. Soriano. Arod. Jeter. It will be a huge series. Final Prediction: Yankees in 6. after chicago taking the first 2 games. or else, i may just be fooling myself and we'll see a boring asss Dbacks/Indians world series. I'm tuneing out.

Yesssss.. uppdate...
living in queeens and hanging in li has been a real treat. chilling at chillis with bacon, jared, eugene, jay, ron and vola was a blast.. in fact the chillis chill out every friday has been the best..
me bacon and eug hung out friday, chillled.. then saturday called bobby psinakis, and met up wit him at loews.. talked, went to best buy.. was reallly frigggin awesome. bobby is the most down to earth person i think i know.. then i went to kates birthday.. bacon, eugene, and ron met up wit me... they stayed for a bit before heading over to nautica mile... i stayed till like 3am....had fun at kates.. i like her family.
sunday... met up with bacon and mike mooney.. went to chillis... then broadway mall with bacon... chilled.. then tried to get a haircut but place was closed. decided to give vasi a call.. went there.. chilled with her before heading home...
works beeen good..
monday, i decided to see transformers... stayed on li... since i knew i was hittting up mulcaheys for some weeeeds action that night.. jared decided to see it with me... we saw it.. i totalllyy liked it. i think it was well done. im not a fan of the cartooon, but the movie rocked ..
then MULCAHEYS.. me and bacon met up with eugene around 9.. got to mulcs around 9:30. EMPTY. ron and his buddy mike showed up. then finallyy jared and jay bonezz showed up. we rolled 7 deeep. hot chick after hot chick showed up and the place got packed. reina performed... me and jared got down on the flooor and showed the ladies what was up.. karen and jamie silverman came and that was fun seeeing them.. classsy ladies.. good friends.. eug left, then ron, mike, and bacon. jared was giving me a ride to my car at bacons.. got home at 3am.. slept till 6:15 am.. i was fucking shot today..
but i like to party like a rockstar..
today i stayed on li and me and jared decided to hit up DIE HARD 4.
I LOVED DIE HARD 4.

shipping my car for 762 on Tuesday afternoon.
Booked my flight for Wednesday June 20th.. leave San Diego at 7:30am..

friday night - i went to this club ON BROADWAY. It was over priced. over hyped.
it reminded me of WEBSTER HALL. The techno room was on the first floor and the latin and 2 hip hop rooms downstairs..
there was also an 80's room. it was decent.. but still over hyped.
highlight was when the techno dj teased house of pain Jump around, then finallly played it... that was cool.
saturday night went to a party and if you read my drunk journal entry. I apologize.. terrrible. I got very drunk.. wore a blazer and a tie.. and i drank a lot of tequillla.. I met these random girls, and umm.. it was very fun.
the lights went up at one point.. electricity came out.. cops came also..
but best was when electricity goes out.. we sit in the dark with 2 candles and i decide its time for someone to sing ...

I wont have a Car for awhile.. im shippin it, but also, I aint down with the whole driving anymore. It is such a hassssssle. car payments. insurance payments. traffic. gas prices. I wanna get a job in manhattan and take train from queeens into the city.. thats my goal.. or i may just stay at geico and seeeee about moving up.
I been helping people by coaching them at work. Im suited for that supervisor role, because people are comfortable around me. I motivate without fear... i feel people are gonna work harder for you, if they actuallly like you and are doing it because they enjoy thier job and not just "because they dont wanna be hassssled".
so, July 4th.. CONEY ISLAND Hot dog eating competition w/ Bill, Tony tONE, AND Djohn perhaps.. i am excited.

Paris Hilton going to jail... before you say she deserves it - hear me out..
first off - the charge that Hilton received was a more severe sentence than the usual penalty for such a crime.
and the way people are acting. such OUTRAGE she should walk. lets give her the death penalty while were at it, huh?
people are acting like what she did was murder innocent people. hell, OJ even walked.
first offf, jail for someone like Hilton over someone like you or me, is different. first offff, any person she come sin contact with in that prison.. is basicallly out to get her, mock her, taunt her, etc.. because shes rich ol paris hilton.

is she irresponsible? yes. dumb? yeah, prolly.

My review of Knocked up can not do the movie justice..
The dialogue is so amazing.
Seth Rogan and Paul Rudd are the greatest duo.
I fucking Loved it. can't wait to see it again and can't wait to Own the dvd.
Ryan Seacrest is god.

Im seriously happpyyy.. face shining... got a glow to it..
to finalllyyyy have in my hands.. SAVED BY THE BELL, THE NEW CLASS: SEASON 1 is like a treasure.
so bad. so cliche. so carbon copy of original. so No screech.
Oh so bad, IT WILL NEVER BE RERUNED.
I now can watch it any time i want.
Let the fun begins.
and continue this weekend when season 3 and 4 arrive.

The Yankees neeed an ALL OUT ON THE FIELD BRAWL with ANY TEAM ON THE FIELD. OR even a DUGOUT BRAWL Amongst themselves. anything to do with bad imaging for the game.. something horrific like slammming each other or another team into the watercooler.. taking the water cooler and smashing it over someones head...
We neeeed to see some life out there... u guys alive??
It worked in the Major League movies...
I will never give up hope..
and when all hope is gone...
we loook towards finishing the season with respect..
and looking towards next year.
what else can you do right? it's not any one persons fault.

So, I downed a botttle of Berengers White Zifandel wine.. 4.99 at your local liqour store. It taste smooth..
but whatever. that aint the point.
The point is, I was browsing amazon.com and i noticed they sold DVD series of SAVED BY THE BELL: THE NEW CLASS..
Yes. you heard me right..
THE NEW CLASS!
So, I ordered them used.. I ordered SEASON 1, 3, AND 4.
to start my collection.
Season 1 was soo obscure, they were selling it for 7 bucks.
Season 3 and 4 was with Ryan, the trouble maker from Valley.
so, I clicked order and clicked confirm.. forgetting they already had my credit card info, I had no time to stop and second guess myself. the order was confirmed.
So, I now technically Own Saved by The Bell: The New class Seasons 1, 3 and 4. I'm prolly the only god dam muther fucker you all know who does.
now, your prolly wondering.. Pete... "Why not get Season 2?" I mean "You already own season 1, 3 and 4... why not just get 2, just to say you have it"
My response.... "SEASON 2 SUCKED!"
thats coming from me.. who likes all things in this world which.. suck.
I'm getting another bottle of berengers.

8:18 pm - Sometimes I feel like a stalker...

Ok, so I was supposed to head to the La Dodgers game, but my plans were suddenly altered and cancelled on me a mere few hours from game time.. but thats quite alright.. Im a nice guy.
now.. I Blast my Jimmy Eat World CD and continue on my 2 hour drive to LA. I had plans to hit up LA, and I WAS GONNA DO IT! Now, Dodger game.. do I go by myself? Bill stated i should.. and I was tempted.. I mean 63.00 Bucks were spent on the tickets. I could go and try to scalp them? I decided I need a "CHEER ME UP" Boost. Sorta like a Jamba Juice boost.
So, I head to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS.. I didn't wanna be stuck in HOLLYWOOD Blvd traffic. and I wanted to ride the LA subway. so, i head to the metro and i hop on the train. head to Hollywood/Highland..
I sat down in the SNOW WHITE Cafe.. sat down, had an IPA draft and ordered a grilled chicken sandwhich.. with mozzarella cheese..
I get the sandwhich, and its got FRESH MOZZARELLA ON IT.
SOO GOOOOD!
So, I finish up, and some guy comes in, lays his detriot tigers baseball batting helmet down. ((He was useing that instead of useing a REAL Motorcycle helmet))
I mean, if it can protect you against a 95 mile an hour fastball, im sure it can protect you from a motorcycle accident.
so, he ordered wine and a water.. and hes mumbling to the waitress.. they dont seem to be on the same page. i pay my tab and continue on my journey, when the man says to me.. "yoo, broo.. shes mad at me.. i think because i was here last week with these models and they were rubbing on me"... yeah, Im sure thats it.. so I decide to hit up the CELEBRITY WAX MUSEUM. I see some cheeesy statues.. as im walking, I suddenly hear.. "My heart will go on", and im like "ohh shit! I gotta see where thats comin from!"
I suddenly the greatest ship ever - titanic.. ((front end)) and Jack Dawson on top.. I wonder where rose went? maybe it was roses dream? who knows!!
so, i continue on my journey and see a store selling celebrity stars home and maps.. i buy one for 5 bucks.. and I read all the houses and thier locations with direct maps on how to get to them.. i see the greatest home ever..
BEN AFFLECKS HOUSE!
I get back on the train and hop in my car.. head to sunset blvd.. since map said best place to drive down hollywood - santa monica beach is driving on sunset blvd.. so i do so..
I see the street as im driving which is the street Paris Hilton lives on. I decide.. I gotta see..
It was like this LONNGGG DRIVEWAY with houses on each end.. apartment style condos and homes.. and i felt like it was "Privite Property". I was scared to get arrested.. so I see her big white GATE and her garbage pails. im like "Cool!" and i continue driving..
I get to brentwood where afflecks and jennifer garners home is. I see they live in same area that OJs house was and the same area where Nicole Brown simpson was murdered.. so, i decide to check those houses out next. I drive down BUNDY LANE, and i drive down residential street, and i see the Infamous "murder" scene. i dont know if anyone still lives there or what, but it looks a little different. I think someone prolly did some work to it.
I drive to ROCKINHAM next, and ojs old house is on a hill, and gated off.. so, i make a uturn. head to bens house..
I dirve down this residential block, and i see all nice homes, but then I see AFFLECKS Place.. im like, oh shit... You can tell someone awesome lives there with the gated security door to the front yard and gated driveway. I mean, the dude needs privacy.
I snap a few photo's, because who knows when ill get the chance again to see the house.
i head to the beach, crowded as fuck, so i head home..
got home, rented Jennifer Garners movie, "Catch and Release", and tried to find Mannequin or Mannequin 2, but was unable to find it..
finally today went to the mall.. got my photo's done, and was able to find Mannequin 1 at sam goody for 9 bucks, but not the sequel. I may need to buy it off ebay or amazon.
well, thats my story.. I got photo's of the trip, including Afflecks home at myspace..

I been addicted to the first 2 episodes of "On the Lot".. The Apprentice/Survivor/American Idol type show for Movie people..
I wanna pitch the following movie!
Imagine your local H&M type department store in the mall.. Or maybe "Macys" in your local big city mall. and there's this guy. Mid 20's.. droped out of school. unlucky in life. even unluckier in love. slacker type.. In love with this dream girl. Never get hers. so he spends his time talking to himself or The store mannequins.
well.. one weekeday at this store.. and he gets to work with dressing the Mannequins... but on a overnight tuesday stock shift, this one mannequin he has had his eyes on, COMES TO LIFE..
They spend time together as he shows her about life - and she shows him about what matters most in life.. is not whats out there.. but whats INSIDE of yourself.
Im gonna write an 2010 updated version of the classic 1987 classic "Mannequin", with Andrew Mccarthy and Kim Cattral.
This movie featured such amazing taglines such as:
'Just because Jonathan's fallen in love with a piece of wood, it doesn't make him a dummy.'
'Some guys have all the luck!'
'When she comes to life, anything can happen!
There was an awesome sequal in 1991. I think 2010 is a good year for a new one to come out.
I even have the 2 Main Leads Casted..
The main guy - Chris Marquette ((sideKick to Emille Hirsch from Door Next Door, Alpha Dog, and he was also in Joan of Arcadia and Freddy Vs. Jason))
The Mannequin - Jessica Alba. gorgeous, almost mannequin like.. who can do physical comedy.
Think about it.
